Refund Policy
We appreciate your business! Due to the nature of our items being second-hand consignment, all items purchased are a FINAL SALE, unless the Refund Protection Option is selected at checkout.
REFUND PROTECTION OPTION (Online Purchases): If selected, this optional fee of $5 will make ALL items purchased online refundable, when customer initiates refund within 3 days of receipt of items. After 3 days - if no refund has been initiated - Stork & Crown Consignment will assume all items purchased are satisfactory and those items will become FINAL SALE. If you leave this option unselected, items will remain NON-REFUNDABLE as per our policy. This is a one-time $5.00 fee per order and will be retained by Stork & Crown Consignment to cover administrative costs, whether a refund is initiated or not. No refunds will be offered on in-store purchases.
How to Start a Return for an Online Order:
If you’ve added Refund Protection to your order, you may initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your items.
To start the return process:
- Email us at storkandcrown@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and our mailing address for return shipping — or drop-off for local purchases.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be shipped back promptly with tracking or dropped off at our location for prompt processing.
- After the 3-day window has passed, items become final sale.
- If Refund Protection was not selected at checkout, items remain non-refundable per our standard policy.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

As a general practice, we look through each item before posting, and if items are not in good or excellent condition we provide descriptions and disclosures and items are priced accordingly.
However, we are human and make mistakes. We can miss a detail here or there. If you find that your items do not match the description given and you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to make it right.
If you are concerned with your items not being the right size, we recommend arranging a private shopping appointment to try items on in person. All brands and manufacturers fit differently so please refer to the sizing guides on each brand's own website.
